Our team is also available for a free consultation to help you determine which package best fits your specific needs and goals.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, EFT bank transfers, and mobile payment options. Payment details are provided after you select your package.

For your security, all online payments are processed through our secure payment gateway with encryption and fraud protection.

How soon after payment will services begin?

Our team will contact you within 24 hours of payment confirmation to begin your onboarding process and discuss your application timeline.

In most cases, we can start working on your applications immediately after the initial consultation.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time. The cost difference between packages will be calculated and charged accordingly.

If you find you need additional services beyond your current package, simply contact our support team to discuss upgrade options.

What if I need to cancel my package?

We offer a 14-day cancellation policy. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first two weeks, we'll provide a full refund for any unused services.

After 14 days, we offer prorated refunds based on the services already provided.

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for our Premium and Comprehensive packages. You can split your payment into 2 or 3 installments over a 60-day period.
